Introduction:

The automatic sealing and cutting machine can be used for automatic production line shrink packaging of products. It uses photoelectric to automatically detect products. It can choose two modes of automatic feeding or manual feeding. It adopts half-folding film and can seal the other three sides. The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used for sealing and cutting various industrial standard heat sealing films such as PE, POF, etc. The seal is firm and beautiful, especially suitable for POF sealing and cutting. When the product size is changed, it only needs to be simply adjusted by the hand wheel, without replacing any parts, reducing the product replacement time and making it easier to operate. The speed-adjustable front-end feeding system and the back-end storage working platform make the whole machine work truly high-speed, unmanned automatic operation.

2. Instructions for the main switch

(1) Itinerary setting The longer the time is, the longer the excess part of the shrink film will be, and it will be unsightly after shrinking. (After shrinking the packaging, the film will produce slack). Note: When the time is too short, it is also possible that the sealing and cutting knife cuts to the package, usually within 0.1-0.5 seconds (but the time is different due to the thickness of the package).

(2)  Counter When the package passes the electric eye switch, and the sealing and cutting knife descends and then rises, the digits on the counter will be displayed. *(Return the digit on the counter to zero, just press the "RESET" button in the upper right corner)

(3) On the radio eye switch (installed on both sides of the conveyor belt) When the package passes through the electric eye, the stroke setter takes effect, and the sealing and cutting knife descends for sealing and cutting.

(4) Selection switch The manual position must be selected when installing the film or debugging the machine. At this time, the conveyor belt does not run and the electric eye is closed. The automatic position is selected for the formal packaging, at this time the conveyor belt is running and the electric eye is activated. When the packaging material touches the electric eye, the sealing knife will automatically drop. Be careful not to touch the electric eye with your hands.

(5) Sealing and cutting temperature Usually the horizontal seal is set at about 180°C, and the vertical seal is set at about 300°C. (The material and thickness of the shrink film are different).

(6) Sealing time Usually set at 0.8 seconds. (The material and thickness of the shrink film are different).
