Introduction

   This machine adopts the newest independent design single layer leading edge paper feeder system. The new feeder valve mechanism ensures the long-term stability in its movement.Adopts air suction to convey paper to prevent deflection of paper, which is suitable for different sizes of paper. With high precision front pivot positioning system and magnetic side board, paper can be adjusted automatically which is flexible and firm. To make sure the same overlap, the distance between the front and back paper can be adjusted.

The conveyor is with stain ball, which enable the all-round pressing paper feeding work stable and smooth without deflection.

With professional customized gear pump of frequency conversion and speed adjustment, glue supply system makes sure the stable supply of glue when it work under high intensify and speed. The circle design greatly  lowers the cost of glue. High precision adjustable gluing cylinder makes operation easier, coating more even and glue save.

Circle water tape and channel as well as indirect heating and temperature control system can ensure the glue has been under stable and suitable degree of adhesive. Built-in clean system can finish the cleaning job within 5 minutes.
